Solé Miami is a 220+ room oceanfront resort that required infrastructure upgrades and compliance-driven renovations to protect asset value and ensure long-term building performance.

Scope & Role:
Casa Clara Studio provided owner’s representation and CapEx management, overseeing riser replacements, structural restoration, and waterproofing. Clara directed scope development, contractor procurement, and bid analysis while coordinating with ownership and the hotel operator to minimize disruption to guests during construction.

Impact:
The project achieved full building code and life-safety compliance, improved waterproofing and system reliability, and enhanced the guest experience. It also reinforced Casa Clara Studio’s role as a trusted partner for hospitality renovations and CapEx planning in Miami.
