Casa Clara met with client and realtor to develop scope of work, establish budget, timeframe and reviewed building alteration requirements and process. We sent RFP’s to multiple handymen and maintenance crews, identified potential risk on material and furniture lead times, created project schedule to ensure all materials were delivered on time. Casa Clara managed and coordinated all the parties, tracked invoices, negotiated change orders, pushed timelines, and ensured quality control. We oversaw the punch list process, guaranteed building alternation requirements were met, coordinated movers, cleaning staff and furniture deliveries.
