The stunning backdrop of Manhattan was the inspiration for the re-design of this condo. The kitchen was completely redesigned with German cabinetry and Miele appliances. A light wide plank engineered wood floor was used to brighten the residence. The bathrooms were renovated to showcase a modern, natural stone look and all light fixtures were updated.
CASA CLARA SERVICES:
Casa Clara met with the client to establish goals, scope of work, budget, and schedule. We reviewed the condo board alteration agreement, developed RFP’s for interior designers and contractors and managed the leveling and selection of consultants.
Casa Clara managed the procurement of all material, including kitchen and appliances.
During construction, we managed and coordinated all parties, tracked all invoices, negotiated change orders, pushed timelines, quality control, oversaw the punch list process, ensured closeout
