This residence is owned by out of state clients. The property suffered severe water damage from the unit above and needed remediation throughout. The scope of work included replacement of floor and baseboard, removal of popcorn ceiling, millwork repairs, and painting.
CASA CLARA SERVICES:
Casa Clara met with owners, building management and insurance agents to develop scope of work establish budget and schedule. In addition, we assisted with permitting, review of building requirements and managed the insurance process and requirements. We bid out the work to multiple GC’s and assisted in the selection of consultants. During construction, Casa Clara managed and coordinated the GC, tracked invoices, negotiated change orders, pushed timelines, quality control and coordinated material procurement. We oversaw the punch list process, ensured permit closeout, insurance requirements and building alternation requirements were met.
